PRODUCT OVERVIEW

High-Performance Forged Fittings Engineered for Critical Applications

Forged fittings are piping parts made through the forging process. To make them, a piece of steel is heated and then shaped using compressive force. This makes the fitting stronger than parts made by casting or machining because the metal’s internal grain structure is changed to follow the shape of the part. These are used in piping systems that deal with high pressure and high temperatures. They have good mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength and the ability to handle impact or fatigue without breaking. The materials used vary. You will see them in 304 or 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, or nickel alloys. Most of these components are made to meet international standards like ASME B16.11.

Ritinox Overseas LLP is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer & supplier. We manufacture buttweld pipe fittings, flanges and high pressure forged fittings. We work with Carbon Steel, Duplex Steel and Stainless Steel. Since we started, we have focused on the technical needs of different industrial sectors. Our products are recognised in the market for being reliable.
